I love the flexible nature of the professional services space that allows me to find the best candidates for my businesses without geographic or time zone limitations.
My various teams are international, multicultural and multilingual, which happened organically, for the most part.
Over this past weekend, I was recounting the conversations I have had with clients, prospects, potential partners and members of the IMG Portfolio team around the World since Jan. 1.
In no particular order: Germany, England, Wales, Ireland, France, Spain, Canada, El Salvador, Brazil, the United States (folks in about half of the States), India, Pakistan, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Israel, Pakistan, the Philippines and likely more.
